If you’re exhausted with being overweight and unhappy with your body right now, don’t worry. We’ve got everything you need to help you lose that gross fat and start living the healthier, happier life you want to live.
We don’t do fad diets, health tricks or pills.
All we focus on is solid, proven fat loss principles that will help you to get rid of fat as quickly as possible… and keeping that fat off for good.
Things we don’t like
Entitled fat people… “I deserve to be happy even though I’m obese, waaahhhhh”
Fat people that moan about being fat… “Why am I still fat? I exercised for 3 minutes this morning, waahhhhh!”
Fat people that say they’ve tried every diet out there (you are liars)
Fat people that give up (you are a waste of skin)
Diets of any kind
Diet pills (fat burners are ok, just not magical voodoo pills)
Basically any fat person that doesn’t want to live a healthier life and puts a strain on their body, we dislike intensely. It makes us sad.
Things we do like
Slim healthy people (slimmer people are statistically happier and live longer…duh)
Fooooooooood (including junk food, in small quantities)
Working out hard… like really hard, until you can’t breathe properly
The real reason we started this blog was to help the sad fatty’s scattered all over the place lose weight, but with transparent advice. If we think that something is B.S, we will tell you.
Tough love is all you are going to get here fat pants… so deal with it.
